Why choose us
Here's what you get when you book deck & timber restoration.
Sand back to fresh timber
We belt-sand through the weathered grey layer to reset the colour properly — the only way to get a finish that lasts.
Brighten for even penetration
Timber brightener neutralises grey pigment and opens the grain so the oil absorbs evenly across the whole deck.
Coastal-rated UV oils
Cutek, Intergrain UltraDeck and other penetrating oils matched to hardwood in full-sun coastal conditions.
Repair what's needed
Rotten, split or cupping boards priced separately so you control how far the restoration goes.
All outdoor timber
Decks, fences, pergolas, screens, hardwood cladding and outdoor furniture — the same standard across every surface.
Maintenance reminders
We tell you when the deck is due for its next oil so it never get away on you again.

FAQ
Deck & Timber Restoration — common questions.
Can a grey, weathered deck really come back?
Almost always. The grey is a surface UV layer on the top fibres of the timber. Sanding removes it, brightener resets the pH, and fresh oil restores the depth of colour.
How often does a coastal deck need re-oiling?
Every 12–18 months in full sun on the coast, 18–24 months for covered or shaded decks. We send a reminder when yours is due.
Do you handle fences and pergolas?
Yes — anything outdoor timber. Same process: sand or clean back, repair, brighten if needed, then seal with the right oil or stain.
What's the best oil for a hardwood deck?
For most Merbau, Spotted Gum and Blackbutt decks on the Tweed we run Cutek CD50 with a colour tone, or Intergrain UltraDeck. We match the product to the timber species and exposure.
