Book your site check
We inspect the slab, moisture-test if required, and quote the system that suits your use.
Grind and repair
Diamond grind the surface, vacuum, then repair cracks, joints and pinholes.
Base coat and flake
Pigmented epoxy base coat rolled on, decorative flake broadcast to rejection (if specified).
Topcoat and handover
Scrape back excess flake, apply UV-stable polyurethane topcoat, then walk you through cure times and care.

Can you epoxy over an existing painted floor?
We almost always grind back to bare concrete. Bonding to old paint is the most common cause of epoxy failure — grinding is cheap insurance.
How long before I can park on it?
Walk-on traffic at 24 hours, light use at 48, vehicle traffic at 72 hours after the final coat.
Does epoxy suit outdoor concrete?
For fully exposed outdoor slabs we usually recommend a polyaspartic or polyurethane system rather than pure epoxy — we'll spec it based on the exposure.
What sizes do you handle?
From single garages to full commercial warehouses. Larger jobs run in staged bays so the space keeps operating.
