How we approach new homes work
We run new-home painting programs for builders and owner-builders across Tweed Heads, the Tweed Coast and the Gold Coast. We slot in after plaster set so the paint is done before second-fix trades arrive, then return for final coats and touch-ups right before practical completion.
New gyprock and MDF trim drink paint, so the spec matters. Every job runs a full system: seal all new plaster and trim, undercoat, then two topcoats on walls and ceilings, with a hard-wearing enamel on skirting, architraves and doors. Nail pops are filled and sanded before anything is sealed.
Externally we handle render, cladding, fibre-cement, eaves, fascia, gutters, garage doors and the front door feature finish. At handover you get labelled touch-up tins for every colour so future repairs match exactly.

Can you do both interior and exterior on a new build?
Yes — that's our default scope for new homes. One crew, one program, one point of contact.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as your plaster set date is locked. Peak season on the coast books out 4–8 weeks ahead.
Do you supply the paint?
Yes. Standard spec is a Haymes premium system tinted to the owner's palette, and we can also paint to a builder-supplied specification.
