How we install epoxy flooring on the Gold Coast
Epoxy is only as good as the prep. On every Gold Coast epoxy flooring job we diamond-grind or shot-blast the slab back to a sound profile, vacuum it clean, then patch cracks and pinholes with a fast-cure epoxy filler. Without that, coatings peel inside a year — with it, they last a decade.
We install solid-colour, decorative flake and metallic epoxy systems suited to the use: residential garages, workshops, hospitality back-of-house, gyms, retail and commercial warehouses. All systems include a UV-stable polyurethane topcoat so the colour doesn't yellow.
We cover the full Gold Coast — Burleigh, Robina, Southport, Coomera, Nerang and Currumbin — plus Tweed Heads and the Tweed Coast. Standard double garage is typically a 2–3 day install: grind, base coat, broadcast flake, scrape and topcoat. You're parking on it 72 hours after the final coat.

How long does an epoxy garage floor last?
Properly prepped and topcoated, 10+ years in a residential garage. Commercial and high-traffic floors typically need a recoat at 5–8 years depending on load.
Can you epoxy over an existing painted floor?
Only if the existing coating is sound — and even then we'd usually grind it off. Bonding to old paint is the most common failure point. We diamond-grind to bare concrete for the best result.
How long before I can park on it?
Walk-on traffic at 24 hours, light use at 48, vehicle traffic at 72 hours. We schedule installs so your garage is back in service by the weekend.
